These terms are an agreement between you and Golaf Digital Ventures LLC, Loganville, Georgia, United States, which owns and operates Honeymoon Places Ideas at honeymoonplacesideas.com. By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms.

1. What this site is

We publish independent editorial travel guides for couples, and we sell digital honeymoon planning products. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not take bookings, hold your money for travel, or act as your agent with any hotel, airline, or operator.

2. Accuracy of travel information

Prices, opening times, seasons, transport details, and entry requirements change constantly. We research carefully and update our guides, but all costs and figures are estimates for planning purposes only, not quotes or guarantees. Always confirm prices, availability, visa and health requirements, and travel advisories directly with the provider and your government before booking. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.

3. Digital products

Our products are delivered digitally. When your payment succeeds you receive an email with a secure, personal download or access link.

• Honeymoon Planner Pro is a downloadable file collection for your own personal use as a couple planning a trip.
• The personalised honeymoon plan is a written plan produced for you based on the answers you submit in the planning form. It is prepared by hand, so delivery takes a few business days after you submit your details.
• Access links are personal to you. Please do not share, resell, redistribute, or publish our files, in whole or in part.

4. Refunds

Digital downloads are delivered instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once accessed. That said, we want you to be happy: if a file will not open, the download link fails, or the product is not what was described, contact us within 14 days of purchase through our order help page and we will fix the problem or refund you. Personalised plans can be cancelled for a full refund any time before we begin writing yours; once delivered, we will revise the plan rather than refund it. Nothing here limits any statutory refund right you have where you live.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider in US dollars. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Our recommendations are editorial and cannot be bought — see our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy. Products and services you buy from third parties are governed by that company's terms, not ours.

7. Intellectual property

All text, images, layouts, downloadable files, and other content on this site are owned by Golaf Digital Ventures LLC or used under licence. You may share short quotations with a visible link back to the source page. You may not copy substantial content, republish our guides, or use our material to train or fine-tune machine-learning models without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to breach site security, scrape the site at volume, upload malicious code, submit false information, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golaf Digital Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings, missed flights, trip costs, or disappointment arising from your use of our content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Purchases are governed by the terms in force on the day you bought.

12. Governing law and contact
